Delivery times
Express items 1–2 days · standard items ~4 days. Most products show their own delivery estimate on the product page. Orders may arrive in more than one package — you'll get tracking by email for each.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong
Call us at (818) 479-1585 or email info@verinacare.com within 7 days of delivery. A photo of the problem speeds things up. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full — and if the item has to come back, we cover the return shipping. No restocking fee, ever, when it's our fault.
Returns
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Call or email us first for a return authorization — we can't accept returns sent back without one. You cover the return shipping.
- Unopened and unused: full refund.
- Opened or tried, where returnable: refund minus a 25% restocking fee.
What can't be returned
For health and safety, opened personal-care items can't be returned — incontinence products, wound care and dressings, and opened nutrition products.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method once the return arrives and passes inspection, within 5 business days of its arrival.
